Dialectic Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to empowering individuals with the confidence to understand and use English, especially within India’s legal system. Under Article 348(1) of the Constitution, all proceedings and documentation in the Supreme Court and High Courts are conducted in English. For many people, this language barrier creates fear, confusion, and silence, preventing them from fully understanding their rights and participating in processes that directly impact their lives. We work to bridge this gap by providing accessible English-learning programs focused on legal literacy, rights awareness, and real-world communication. Our workshops and community initiatives help individuals understand court terminology, navigate legal procedures, and gain clarity on the justice system.
